Please be advised the changes for calendar submissions:
Weekly or monthly calendars are mandatory for ALL families whether attending or not attending.
Specified drop off and pick up times must be stated on all calendars. No “X” or check marks will be allowed. Please ensure that times are accurate. Staff are scheduled according to calendars submitted.
If your child is not attending, please put “not attending”. Days that are not marked and left blank will be charged a full day whether your child is attending or not.
Changes to days/hours must be given to or handled through the Main site. These changes will be granted if requests do not require an adjustment to staff schedules.
An emergency fee of $10.00 per day/child will be added to your invoice for all days requested and approved by Supervisor for the following week and/or changes made to your calendar after Wednesday at noon.
Child care rates for full day are based on 9.5 hours per day. Any time over the 9.5 hours scheduled on your calendar, you will be invoiced an hourly rate of $7.20 per hour.
